Young dancers moving across the competition floor
Frequently Asked

Answers before your first step.

Everything new students ask us, in one place. Have a question we haven't answered? Get in touch.

Do I need a partner?+

No. Most of our adult classes rotate partners, and many of our students come solo. If you have a partner, you're welcome to dance exclusively together.

What should I wear?+

Comfortable clothes you can move in — nothing tight, nothing baggy. Layers help; the studio warms up quickly.

What shoes should I bring?+

For your first lesson, clean indoor shoes with a smooth (non-rubber) sole. We'll advise on proper ballroom shoes when you're ready.

How old can children start?+

Our Little Stars program starts at age 4. Older kids join the age-appropriate program in our pathway.

Can beginners join?+

Absolutely. Most of our students start with zero experience. Our Intro Package is designed exactly for that.

Can I compete?+

Yes — from casual local events to national and international competitions. We coach every level.

Do you offer private lessons?+

Yes. Private lessons are the fastest way to progress and are bookable individually or in packages.

Where are you located?+

Classes may be offered in Kanata, Barrhaven, Westboro / Carling and Orléans. Exact locations are confirmed with each program.

How do I register?+

Use our contact form, call, or email. We'll recommend the right first step based on your goals.
